  • Passed MBBS from Medical College, Trivandrum, 1966.
  • Joined as Asst. Surgeon in Kerala Health Service in 1967.
  • Worked in various hospitals from Public Health Center to District hospitals.
  • Passed DCH and MD in Pediatrics from Medical College, Trivandrum.
  • Worked as Head of Pediatrics units in T.H.Q Hospital, Neyyatinkkara in W&C Hospital, Trivandrum for 10 yrs.
  • Supt. and Head of Pediatric Department in Govt. Hospital, Peroorkada and retired after 30 yrs of Govt. service as Deputy DHS .
  • Worked as Pediatrics Consultant in Chelsa Hospital, Trivandrum for 4 yrs.
  • Presently working as senior consultant in Pediatric & Neonatology, Lords Hospital, Trivandrum.
  • Had undergone various conference training in F.P., Neonatology CSSM Leprosy training, NALS, PALS etc.
  • Recipient of ‘Ponnadai’ from the health member Mr. Sudheeran in 1995 for meritorious services (The only doctor to get it so far from the Health Minister)

  • MBBS - 1991 – 96 - Govt. Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram.
  • DCH - 2000 – 02 - Govt. Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram.
  • DNB - 2002 – 04 - Govt. Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram.

Pediatrician & Neonatologist, Lords Hospital, Anayara, Trivandrum.
Trained in Neonatal Advanced life support & Pediatric Advanced life support.
Proficient in Critical care & NICU.

Achievements :

  • Best paper award for presenting a paper on coronary artery diameter in normal children in Cardiology Society of India – summer conference.
  • Dr. Omana Mathew Gold Medal Award for the best thesis work (2004).
